Recruitment Fraud Warning
Unauthorized individuals claiming to be DSM employees are extending false employment offers to steal money and personal information from job seekers. These scams use legitimate job boards and social media platforms and may use an unauthorized DSM logo, employee name, and title. The perpetrators are attempting to solicit personal information and/or money from job applicants.
DSM takes this matter seriously and by raising awareness, we hope to prevent job seekers from falling victim to these scams. Do not engage if you believe a communication is fraudulent.
Please be vigilant and note the following:
- DSM will never request money or credit card information for an applicant to secure a job as an employee or a contractor. In the event that you are required to travel for an interview, please discuss candidate expense reimbursement process with your recruiter.
- DSM does not require individuals to release personal data—such as an address, social security number, tax documents, or banking information—early in the interview process.
- All communications from DSM representatives to communicate job offers use email addresses that end with @dsm.com.
- To check the legitimacy of a job, please visit DSM’s career website at https://jobs.dsm.com.

You’ll get exposure to our senior leadership team and develop into a high-performance leader yourself. In two years, you’ll develop critical competencies and get a real understanding of our different business areas.
One year professional experience in any industry

Trainee Program
We’ve partnered with Ormit to offer a training program that gives you the best start to your career. In two years, you’ll gain hands on experience, get insights into your leadership skills and have access to coaching, training and peer support groups. By the end of the program, you’d have worked on different projects and developed an understanding of how the wider business works before joining a specific role.
