Bright Development Program

Build your functional capability and start your learning journey in one of our commercial functions. All our trainees are paired with a mentor, get opportunities to discover our business and build a professional network. By the end of the program, you’ll develop your personal and leadership skills, work on real projects, contribute to our growth ambition in Asia and receive a permanent contract at DSM.

Young Talent Program

Whether you choose Marketing and Sales, Manufacturing, Quality or HR, you’ll add value to a global company, drive our strategy and work on a variety of projects that gives exposure to different sides of our business. To help achieve this, we offer an accelerated learning journey that includes regular mentoring, coaching and uses the 70/20/10 principle – 70% learning on the job training, 20% from networking and 10% through formal training programs.

Trainee Program

Get ready to go on a learning journey where you’ll get on the job training, broaden your understanding about sustainability and develop your soft as well as leadership skills. This structured and intensive development program is a great opportunity to align yourself with the DSM culture, values and our purpose – to create brighter lives for all. You’ll get exposure to our senior leadership team and develop into a high-performance leader yourself. In two years, you’ll develop critical competencies and get a real understanding of our different business areas.

One year professional experience in any industry

Availability to travel locally and internationally

Trainee Program

We’ve partnered with Ormit to offer a training program that gives you the best start to your career. In two years, you’ll gain hands on experience, get insights into your leadership skills and have access to coaching, training and peer support groups. By the end of the program, you’d have worked on different projects and developed an understanding of how the wider business works before joining a specific role.
